2 more topic's needed in forum

I saw that we don't have a clan war section and we should also use groups like Duelers,racer etc

I hope to get it approved
It should be a main topic named "clan war's"
and the second one like the sw forum with "Groups" in main topic
All can post request for making a group and the group must need at least 4 members or it will get denied
Everyone can post requests for a group and they should get more than 6 votes from PS members and 1 vote from the Owner or co-owner of this clan(group members can elect the leader or the founder will be considered as the leader there will not be any co-leader for any group)
If i get a positive support I will make the groups if others don't have time

I need two Main Topic's named "Groups" and "Clan Wars" at the bottom or the place where it suits most

Then only i can create rules and regulation's.After this members can post a group request according to the rules by creating a new topic in the group section and if it get's accepted I will create a member group. I have pmed to [PS]Jhon i hope he will do it as earlier as possible or if u can please do it.I will give the detailed information about it there.It would be better in off topic
